Still waiting for my picture

I ordered this volleyball pitcher for my daughter three weeks ago. I still have not received it. I was super excited to give it to her but I’m still waiting to get it. I’ve reached out a couple times with really no response.

Unsatisfied- words spelled wrong - I want a refund.

The last name on the poster I received was spelled wrong. I contacted the company who provided the best customer service. They are reprinting the poster and resending to my son. This poster was given to him on his senior night. Thank you, I will definitely order from you again!
