Throughout the years growing up my Dad had race horses. He had standard and thoroughbreds . Saw this & immediately wanted to get it for him . He was diagnosed w ALS last June. He’s still very much interested in horse racing and watches racing all the time . I’ll always remember going to the races and the excitement and adrenaline rush when our horse won . Very special times spent together at the track . The colors in this print are so beautiful and vibrant . Highly recommend.

I ordered this product weeks before Christmas. It arrived well after Christmas. When I realized it wouldn’t be here in time, I contacted customer service to cancel my order bc it hadn’t shipped yet. No response. After it came, I emailed again to return the product. After several days, I got a response from “Ruby” that the product was shipping and explained the delay. I ALREADY HAD THE PRODUCT! I responded upset with the lack of assistance. A couple days later I get the EXACT same response. It’s now well into January and they’re still telling me it’s on its way, disregarding all 3 emails I sent. There is not phone number. I then got general email thanking me for

I ordered on December 11 thinking I had adequate time based on estimates on the website. Unfortunately, it did not arrive until December 30th.
On the positive side, the finished product was very well done and very much appreciated by the recipient.

Printed a little too small on the ornament
Turned out great!
I purchased three “ Hockey Life Lessons” Christmas ornaments for my 3 grandsons who are all die hard hockey players. When they arrived, the lettering was barely readable. I reached out to Customer Service and got a response immediately.
The Customer Service Representative, Ruby Charlotte, was extremely helpful in resolving the situation. Ruby went above and beyond to rectify the situation by sending me three new ornaments. Her efforts were much appreciated.
I received the new ornaments and the lettering is readable. Customer Service like this is hard to come by today. Well done Famhose and Ruby Charlotte! I will be a returning customer!
I ordered the canvas in November for delivery to the UK.
To track the package, they want you to download an App which wants access to your entire email account.
I have been given an evri tracking reference which when I track says “parcel being returned to sender” on the 6th Dec. I have not received the item.
Then I’ve had an email to say that the item has been delivered and thank you for your positive feedback. I have absolutely not given any positive feedback.
It does make me wonder how genuine these reviews are.
I’ve contacted their customer support and have had no response.
