Terrible company to work with and I also not be using shop anymore. I ordered this on 9/13 specifically because it said delivered by the 9/19. After that date I started to inquire about delivery. I was given a lot of tracking # it would show a shipping label but the product was never actually delivered to the shipping co. After much back and fourth I cancelled the order then they finally ship after cancellation. I have been asking return and refund. No response. If you have a problem don’t expect from shop

I was honestly very letdown. The background color on this doormat is a bright orange not like it was pictured was really bummed about this. I was super excited to get this doormat, and the background is absolutely a bright orange instead of how it was supposed to be pictured. It also had no trim around it as shown in the picture to purchase it didn't really look anything like what I ordered. Very sad.
I will use it but......it was sewn badly...puckered. Most of all, however, it was an inch short all around....11x17 rather 12x18.
I'm really sorry about this. The flag shouldn't have arrived with poor stitching or the wrong size. We'll reach out to you by email shortly and get this taken care of, either with a new replacement or a full refund. Again, I'm sorry we let you down with this one.
