I ordered the canvas in November for delivery to the UK.
To track the package, they want you to download an App which wants access to your entire email account.
I have been given an evri tracking reference which when I track says “parcel being returned to sender” on the 6th Dec. I have not received the item.
Then I’ve had an email to say that the item has been delivered and thank you for your positive feedback. I have absolutely not given any positive feedback.
It does make me wonder how genuine these reviews are.
I’ve contacted their customer support and have had no response.
