LAX flag lacks loops

Very disappointed in the flag I purchased. First, I purchased well before the 4th of July and never received it until after the 4th. Therefore, I couldn’t fly it at our 4th of July party. Shipping and handling was SLOW! Second, there were no loops sewn on the inside of the sleeve where the pole slides. My wive had to sew loops at the top and bottom so the clips on the flagpole would hold the flag in place. What a DISAPPOINTMENT for an expensive boutique flag!
